We would like to welcome Charlie Mutua, Staff Services Manager II. He will be overseeing the Transactions and Performance Management Unit for the Human Resources Branch. Charlie comes to us from the Department of Social Services with a background in Payroll, Benefits and Workman’s Compensation. He has earned a Master’s in Public Administration, has two young children and a wife to keep him busy. As part of our Agency family, he is ready to serve and join us in our mission.
