Supervisor updates are now processed by Information Technology Services Division. If you need your supervisor updated in the LMS, please send the request via e-mail to TechnicalSupportunit@dor.ca.gov

• On August 3, 2020, the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) launched the electronic External Training Request (DR1125/DR1126) process in Blackboard LMS. External training is defined as training offered by a vendor that requires payment. Only external trainings that require supervisory approval should be entered in the LMS.

Trainings that should be entered in the LMS are:

• Trainings that occur after July 1, 2020 and require payment to a vendor such as CPS HR Consulting or California Department of Human Resources (CalHR).

Trainings that should not be entered in the LMS are:

• Trainings that occurred prior to July 1, 2020.
• Webinar or virtual trainings completed through the LMS.
