On Friday, October 9^th, Information Technology Service Division (ITSD) will enable Teams Audio Conference functionality for all Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) staff. Audio Conferencing adds a dial-in (phone number) conference option to your Teams meeting. With Audio Conferencing, you and your meeting participants can join a conference by phone, without requiring the Microsoft Teams app. Please note that this feature is provided free to DOR until October 31, 2021.   

You will receive an email from Microsoft on Friday, October 9^th, once ITSD activates Audio Conferencing for your account. That email will contain your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Save your PIN for future reference and keep it confidential. You only need to use your PIN if you are the meeting organizer and everyone is dialing in to the meeting as an audio-only conference.
